We prepped our soil, started our farm, planted over 3,000 bulbs this past fall in preparation for the growing season. We are anticipating an abundance of beautiful flowers come May. We have hundreds of annuals started and plants in the ground this Spring as well. We are quickly learning that farming is hard work! With hard work and determination our dreams for Peak to Peak Flowers are possible.
At Peak to Peak Farms we strive to grow flowers in the way that is healthiest for our flowers, for the soil and for the customer. Farming in a way that cares for the environment is of utmost importance to us, so our farming practices include not using synthetic chemicals and no harmful pesticides. Our farm happily welcomes bees, butterflies, ladybugs, worms, and beneficial bugs to help us care for our flowers while treating mother earth as kindly as possible. We also use hail netting in an effort to protect our flowers from possible Colorado hail storms.
